RockCreek Church is a small church with a big mission and an even bigger God. We are all about following Jesus Christ daily as his disciples, so that we might know Him better and become more like Him and thereby glorify God more. We meet in homes, which may seem unusual to some people today but is actually how all churches throughout the world met for the first three centuries. Our gatherings are very casual and include careful and practical verse-by-verse teaching through the entire Bible, worship, and prayer (see Acts 2:42). We are affiliated with an association of churches known as NAB. (See www.nabconference.org for more information.) Pastor Frank Erb has served as a pastor (senior pastor, assistant pastor, college pastor, youth pastor) in various Christian churches and associations throughout California for over 25 years (including NAB, Calvary Chapel, and the Evangelical Free Church of America). He is a graduate of Talbot School of Theology at Biola University in La Mirada, California (M.Div, Highest Honors), and has been ordained by both NAB and Calvary Chapel churches. Frank serves as the California State Director for Capitol Commission (www.CapitolCom.org), a ministry to state political leaders. He also enjoys guest speaking on various biblical topics, especially related to evangelism, discipleship, and Christlike character. He and his wife Valerie have been married for 21 years and have two middle-school-age children. They love to travel, hike, and play with their rambunctious floppy-eared labradoodle named Levi. Everyone is welcome, including first-time visitors. We invite you to join us!
