The truth is, this kind of life comes only through a relationship with the Creator who made you. Jesus once declared his very reason for being on earth as, "I came so that you may have life, and have it to the fullest!" (John 10:10) The word "fullest," means "overflowing", or "superabundant!" Jesus was saying that through him we have the opportunity to enjoy a quality of life that is far superior to the kind of life we could ever live otherwise. Unfortunately, most people have never really experienced this kind of living. They're burdened down with everyday cares, and the promise of Jesus goes overlooked. Even those who are regular church goers may just settle for attending church services or being moral or religious, while their heart silently cries out for something something deeper.
